Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your planter. Here is exactly what we cover, in plain English.

Our promise

Your kit will arrive fresh, complete, and ready to assemble — and your finished planter will look beautiful through January 1. If any part of that doesn't happen, we will make it right.

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will reship your kit at no charge. Please don't ship anything back to us — never return fresh greens.

If we have run out of materials for the season, we will refund you in full instead.

If your greens don't last through January 1

Send us a photo and we will refund or credit you. Our evergreens are cut to order and treated with an organic, non-toxic, pet- and child-safe preservative, and they reliably hold through the holidays in an outdoor container. We have never had greens go brown before the New Year!

These kits are built for outdoor containers, and our guarantee only extends to outdoor containers. Indoor heat dries cut evergreens out in days. If your planter lives inside, we can't guarantee it — but tell us anyway and we'll help you get more life out of it.

If your planter doesn't turn out the way you hoped

Contact us. Seriously — this is the part we mean most. One of our designers will get on a FaceTime with you and walk you through it. That offer is real, it's free, and it works. If you're still not happy afterward, we will refund you.

You should feel completely confident ordering something you've never made before. That's the whole point of the kit.

If you ordered the wrong size

Before your kit ships: email us and we will swap it, no charge, no questions.

After it ships: contact us and we'll work it out with you. Measure the opening across the top of your planter, and if you're between sizes, round up.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before your kit ships and we will refund you in full. Once a kit is packed and with the carrier we can't recall it — but everything above still applies if something isn't right when it lands.
