These terms apply to purchases from Workshop by Enliven at shop.enlivenplanters.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

A Winter Planter Kit is a set of materials and instructions for assembling a seasonal planter arrangement yourself. It is not an installed or assembled product. Potting soil is not included, and a planter or container is not included — you supply the container.

Because every kit is cut to the size you select, please measure the opening across the top of your container before ordering, and round up if you are between sizes.

Made to order

Kits are made from fresh-cut natural material harvested in a very limited seasonal window. Orders are effectively pre-orders: you are reserving a kit from a limited seasonal run, and kits ship on the schedule described in our shipping policy rather than immediately.

Natural materials vary. Stem shape, berry placement, and cone size differ from kit to kit and from the photographs on our site. That variation is a feature of real botanical material, not a defect.

Payment and pricing

Orders are charged in full at checkout in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Cancellations, damage, and refunds

Covered in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Design support

We offer written instructions, video instructions, and live FaceTime help from one of our designers if you get stuck. Live support is offered in good faith during our business hours in the season and is subject to designer availability. It is a service we genuinely want you to use, not a contractual guarantee of a particular appointment time.

Safety

Kits contain cut branches, wire, and other sharp material. Adult assembly is intended. Keep materials away from open flame, heat sources, and candles. Our greens are treated with an organic, non-toxic preservative that is safe around pets and children, but the materials themselves are not food.

Photographs and content

All photography, copy, video, and design on this site belong to Enliven Planters. Please don't reproduce them commercially without our permission.

We would love to see what you make, and we love sharing it. So, plainly: if you post a photograph or video of your kit or your finished planter and tag us, mention us, or use our hashtag, you are granting Enliven Planters a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid license to use that content in our promotional and marketing materials — our website, email, social channels, printed materials, advertising, and packaging — in any medium, including the right to crop, resize, and edit it to fit a format. No fee or further permission is needed, and none is owed to you.

You keep ownership of your photo. We'll credit you by handle wherever the format allows. And if you ever want something taken down, just ask — we'll always try to accommodate you.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. That said, our refund policy is deliberately generous, and in practice we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
